Project Overview: Install new LED lighting emergency lighting and fire alarm system.
Work Carried out
Design supply and install new led lighting, emergency lighting and L2 fire alarm system throughout existing office block following asbestos removal works which involved the removal of all existing ceilings.
Key Challenges
A seven-week programme which involved the strip out of asbestos ceilings, the installation of suspended grid ceilings, new lighting and fire alarm to a two-storey office block.
Added Value:
We delivered an energy efficient LED lighting solution all controlled by presence detectors and a full L2 fire alarm system. The project was delivered to the client’s brief on time and of course on budget. The installation was fully tested and commissioned and all relevant test certificates as fitted drawings & recommended maintenance schedules were provided with the As Fitted documentation.
