Project Overview:
Burnetts Solicitors are one of the largest law firms in Northern England and are constantly expanding their areas of Business.
Work Carried out
Conversion of two existing office blocks in to new Solicitors offices. Full LED Lighting installation with intelligent switching. Dado trunking and Floor boxes throughout containing both data and power. Intelligent Electric Heating to all areas, Disabled W/C Alarms, and Replacement of all Mains Distribution to the site including backup generator and UPS system.
Key Challenges
Each office project is entirely bespoke, and we managed the complete electrical fit-out to CBS’s specifications, from design stage and issuing working drawings to the complete installation including all testing and commissioning.
Added Value:
We delivered an energy efficient electrical fit out through the introduction of LED lighting and intelligent heating that brings reduced electricity bills along with a longer maintenance free life span. The project was delivered to the client’s brief on time and of course on budget. The installation was fully tested with NICEIC test certificates supplied as standard along with As Fitted drawings and all relevant maintenance schedules and data sheets in the Operational manuals issued.
