• Electrical installation Condition Reports (EICR)- this type of electrical testing used to be called fixed wire testing. As part of the Electrical Safety Act, this is an important and legal obligation. Different appliances of different sizes and purposes will need to be tested at different rates, for example, some appliances need to be tested yearly, while others may not need to be tested again for several years.
